Sheppard Mullin Advised Sensor Systems in Sale to HEICO Corp.


Sheppard Mullin represented Chatsworth, CA-based Sensor Systems, Inc. ("Sensor"), the world's leading designers and manufacturers of airborne antennas for commercial and military applications, in its sale to HEICO Corporation’s Electronic Technologies Troup for a combination of cash and common shares.

HEICO Corporation handles the design, production, servicing and distribution of products and services to certain niche segments of the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries through its Hollywood, Florida-based Flight Support Group and its Miami, Florida-based Electronic Technologies Group.

Sheppard Mullin and Rodnunsky & Associates served co-counsel to Sensor Systems. The Sheppard Mullin team was led by Lindsay Ferguson and Larry Braun and included Laura Baptista, Michael Chan, Aaron Duffy, Frank Dworak, Jason Kearnaghan, Michael Leake, Meghan McCormick, Scott Maberry, Katy Perry, Adam Streisand, Mary Tarduno, Jonathan Wang and Michael Weisshar.
