Sheppard Mullin Advised Sensor Systems in Sale to HEICO Corp.
Sheppard Mullin represented Chatsworth, CA-based Sensor Systems, Inc. ("Sensor"), the world's leading designers and manufacturers of airborne antennas for commercial and military applications, in its sale to HEICO Corporation’s Electronic Technologies Troup for a combination of cash and common shares.
HEICO Corporation handles the design, production, servicing and distribution of products and services to certain niche segments of the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries through its Hollywood, Florida-based Flight Support Group and its Miami, Florida-based Electronic Technologies Group.
Sheppard Mullin and Rodnunsky & Associates served co-counsel to Sensor Systems.
