Sheppard Mullin Represented PSG Global Solutions in $300 Million Sale to Teleperformance


Sheppard Mullin advised PSG Global Solutions, LLC (“PSG”), a leader in digital recruitment process outsourcing (“RPO”), in its $300 million equity sale to Teleperformance (Paris: TEP), a global leader in outsourced customer and citizen experience management and related digital services. Following the acquisition, PSG will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teleperformance, with its founders and senior management team continuing to operate the company and covering the RPO market for the group.

The Sheppard Mullin deal team representing PSG was led by Larry Braun and Rambod Peykar, with key assistance from Karen Shilyan, Jennifer Lee, Frank Dworak, John Crisp, Daniel Yannuzzi, Michael Chan, Michael Weisshar, Dmitriy Chelnitsky and Brian Egan.
