Managing IP Recognizes Sheppard Mullin and 11 Partners in 2025 “IP Stars” Guide
Sheppard Mullin is once again recognized among the best IP firm and practitioners by Managing IP in the 2025 edition of its “IP Stars” guide. The firm is once again nationally and regionally ranked in California for “Trademark Disputes.”
Partners Martin Bruehs, Jim Gatto, Steve Hollman, Wook Hwang, Steve Korniczky, Ted Max, Joy Nemirow, Jill Pietrini, Jim Soong, Lorna Tanner and Carlo Van den Bosch were named 2025 IP Stars. Those selected for the “IP Stars” individual rankings, according to the editors, are considered “senior practitioners who have been recommended or identified as leaders in their firm and/or jurisdiction.”
IP STARS research, rankings and analysis provide independent and impartial accreditation across 151 jurisdictions, covering 1,645 firms and 7,100 practitioners. Rankings are based on extensive research carried out over a six-month period by a team of researchers who interview IP practitioners and their clients and review publicly available data. The results are based on a weighted system of peer and client feedback, combined with submissions analysis and independent research.
