The Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative will be hosting a roundtable discussion with our DC healthcare lawyers about recent significant developments and predictions for 2020 in the areas of: (i) antitrust enforcement, (ii) the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, (iii) FDA law and policy, and (iv) the outlook for the Affordable Care Act and trends in healthcare coverage. The roundtable discussion will be hosted in both our New York and San Francisco offices.
