Private Equity Team Advises Systems Planning & Analysis in Acquisition of Technical Advisory Services Program from ManTech

Sheppard Mullin represented Systems Planning & Analysis (“SPA”), an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of ManTech’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Office of the Secretary of Defense Strategic Capabilities Office and select National Reconnaissance Office technical advisory services programs. SPA is a leading global provider of innovative solutions impacting complex national security programs and defense priorities. Sheppard Mullin advised SPA in two previous deals, including its acquisition of the Operations Research and Cyber Analysis division of Metron and, most recently, its acquisition of PRKK, LLC.
