Sheppard Mullin Steers Cubic Corporation through $235M Purchase of Trafficware
Sheppard Mullin represented Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB), a market-leading, technology provider of integrated solutions that increase situational understanding for transportation, defense C4ISR and training customers worldwide to decrease urban congestion and improve the militaries’ effectiveness and operational readiness, in its October 24 acquisition of Advanced Traffic Solutions Inc. (“Trafficware”) for approximately $235.7 million. Trafficware provides a fully integrated, innovative suite of software, Internet of Things devices and hardware solutions that provide customers with enhanced mobility and improved safety.
The deal team representing Cubic was led by partner Lucantonio Salvi, and included partner Rob Wernli, and associates Taylor Holmes and Arek Malinowski.
