Sheppard Mullin Advises CACI International in Defense Technology Acquisition
Sheppard Mullin represented Arlington, VA-based CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI), a multinational professional services and information technology company, in its acquisition of Ascent Vision Technologies, LLC (AVT), a leading provider of technology and solutions that support multi-domain intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), unmanned aircraft system (UAS), air defense and counter-unmanned aircraft system (c-UAS) operations.
