Sheppard Mullin Represents Octo in Merger with Sevatec


Sheppard Mullin represented Octo, a premier provider of emerging technology and IT modernization services for the Federal Government, in its combination with privately held, Fairfax-based Sevatec, a leading provider of mission-critical software development solutions and digital modernization services to the Federal Government. According to the companies, the combination of Octo and Sevatec creates a highly agile partner to government customers that can address complex technology challenges with innovation, high-touch service, and substantial technical and operational resources.

The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by partners Luca Salvi and Michael Koltonyuk with associates Wes Fischer and Michael Ragan.  Other members of the team included partners Keith Gercken, Bob Magielnicki, Jim Ritter and Carlo Van den Bosch; special counsel Robert Gorzelany, Sean Kirby, Malika Levarlet, and Verity Rees; and associates Mike Baranovic, John Crisp, Elfin Noce and Jarred Ramo.
