Sheppard Mullin Advises CoreRx in Sale to NovaQuest Private Equity
Sheppard Mullin represented CoreRx, Inc., a global provider of clinical and commercial contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services to a wide range of small to mid-sized pharmaceutical and biotech clients, in its sale to NovaQuest Private Equity, a leading investor in technology and services companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
