Sheppard Mullin Recognized in Variety’s 2023 Legal Impact Report
Leif Cervantes de Reinstein, Shaun Clark, Robb Klein, Robert Darwell, Keith Kelly, Ramela Ohanian and Jeff Watkins were recognized in Variety’s Legal Impact Report 2023. The firm was recognized for representing industry-leading clients such as Amazon Studios, Disney, Meta Platforms Inc., NBCUniversal, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Peloton, Spotify and Sony Pictures.
In addition, associate Alex Akhavan was named to the “Up Next” list, which recognizes young and rising entertainment lawyers. Variety highlighted Akhavan’s work handling unscripted and scripted TV and movie projects for Amazon Studios, as well as the fact that he is the lead attorney and point of contact for Disney TV Animation and pro bono client L.A. Opera.
