Sheppard Mullin Represents Open Gate Capital In Sale Of Power Partners


Sheppard Mullin represented global private equity firm OpenGate Capital in the sale of one of their portfolio companies, Power Partners, to Pioneer Transformers, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Power Partners is a leading manufacturer of pole and pad-mounted distribution transformers, serving utility, industrial and commercial customers in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and other markets.

The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Jordan Hamburger, included M&A associates Taylor Parks, Cedric Powell, and Allen Babajanian.
