Sheppard Mullin Advises Arlington Capital Partners in Acquisition of MCR
Sheppard Mullin represented Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners in its acquisition of McLean, Virginia-based Management Consulting & Research, LLC (“MCR”). MCR provides cost analysis and engineering and software development expertise to customers in defense, intelligence and critical civilian governmental agencies in the US as well as customers internationally.
