Sheppard Mullin Advises Private Equity-Backed Forged Solutions Group in Acquisition of Steel Industries
Sheppard Mullin represented Arlington Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Forged Solutions Group, Inc., a leading provider of complex, precision forged rings and closed die products to aerospace and defense customers, in its acquisition of Steel Industries Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of open die forgings and seamless rolled rings for aerospace and defense, space and industrial markets.
