Our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys handles complex matters involving REITs in all asset classes, including office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial and office parks, and residential properties.

- Formation and counsel on the structuring of internally and externally managed REITs
- Representation of REITs and underwriters in public and private capital markets transactions, including IPOs and Rule 144A offerings

- Representation of real estate lenders in connection with restructuring of their borrowers into REITs
- Tax advice to public and private REITs in connection with numerous real estate transactions, joint ventures, capital markets, spin-off transactions, REIT tax compliance, REIT opinions, and REIT charter advice
